I loved that I could easily walk to Aman Central and enjoy a variety of local hawker centers within a few minutes. The room was spacious and quiet.

The breakfast is very good with plenty of food. Well-mannered and attentive staff is the reason I would return anytime...

I like the free internet facility.

Perhaps the quality of foods should be improved.

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

After checking in, I left the hotel for a few hours, only to return and find someone had entered our room. It was shocking and quite traumatizing to see someone drinking from our belongings, and I wish the hotel had communicated better about the room change.

average quality food in the coffee shop, free buffet breakfast was not worth getting up for.

Good location with ample car park space.

3in1 mixture of coffee & tea provided is of low quality - taste awful. Hotel held wedding functions and the car parks are all occupied leaving no parking space for resident hotel guess.

Super comfy stay!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time. The room was super clean and spacious. Big shoutout to Fazyra at the front desk for a quick check-in! Breakfast was good too, with helpful staff like Siti and Afiq making sure everything ran smoothly. Just wish the parking area was a bit bigger.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was basic - nasi lemak, noodles, sausages, no curry chicken. No baked beans. Fried eggs counter not open, only eggs for you to drop into boiling water. Could be spruced up.

Nice view on the tower and a nice breakfast with a variety of choices. Free internet is provided in the lobby.

The spacious beautiful room offered a fantastic view of the town and the Alor Setar Tower. I loved just chilling by the pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area. The parking can be a bit tricky if you're driving a bigger vehicle, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. Just keep that in mind 😊

Location right by ancient and historical Alor Setar and Mount Keriang as well as Aman Central shopping center. Cool and new-fashioned room provided with double bed, coffee facility, nice view.

Just an ideal choice for a fleeting trip in Alor Setar with excellent value for money. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Try the local hawker centers nearby for meals instead of hotel breakfast.

Can be considered new hotel - 6 yrs old in comparison with other hotels surrounding I.e old hotels. Since not much choices hotels in alor setar, I would say this hotel is okay..furthermore got ample car park. With rm160 all in .. not bad yeah.

- Better replace all tv in the hotels with flat tv then. - yellowish stains u can see on the bed white cover. the bed cover, blanket etc must be totally white without any stains. - promise with room internet/wife but no avail, reason given TM problems.

nice stay but needs faster internet

The hotel offered spacious rooms with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and cute right. I loved the wonderful view of the Alor Setar Tower from my room, it enhanced my experience. The location was perfect for accessing local dining options.

The only downside was the internet connection, slow at times, affecting my ability to work.
